A: We are manufacturer of gas valve, (gas fitting or gas pvc hose, camping burner....). And we have a small factory in the village(town) and also have an office in the city.
Q: How long have you been in this career?
A: We begin gas products career from 2000, and we have our own factory on 2007. And on 2014 we have our export company to ship the goods. So we are experienced in this area.
Q: Can we get a sample for reference?
A: Yes, you can get the sample for reference, but the sample fee and the freight fee is not for free. Because we don't keep in stock, we need to assemble it.
This charge can be return when there is an order.
Q: Can you help us to produce as our sample ?
A: Yes, we can make as your sample. But it is basic on your quantity, if you can reach our MOQ, then we will open a mould for you. Also need the mould fee.
Q: Can i get any discount ?
A: The price is Negotiable. We can offer you discount according to your order quantity (if you are buying in bulk for an order. ).
Q: I want to cancel the order, can you return the deposit ?
A: No. the deposit can't return. but we can use it as the next deposit.
Q:What's your delivery time ?
A: As usual is 30days after receiving your deposit.
Q: What's your payment term ?
A: 30% deposit and 70% before sending goods to your warehouse.
